The SYRIS RD300-HID1 is a USB desktop RFID reader that is HID-compatible, meaning it can emulate a keyboard to send data directly into applications without additional software.

It supports multiple RFID tag types such as EM4200, EM4100, TK4100, T5557 and EM4305.

The reader operates at a frequency of 125 kHz with a read range of up to 10 cm, making it suitable for applications such as access control, asset tracking, and more.

It comes with software tools and it can be set to work as a serial port emulation reader as well.

The Syris RD300-HID1 is a USB plug-and-play device, which means that you don't need to install drivers.

By default, it works as a Keyboard Emulator, reading the chip ID and placing it on the display (inside the Excel table, Notepad, website, application input field, etc.).
It reads the chip UID code in 10 DEC format, however it comes with software tools and the reading format can be set differently as well.

It supports the reading of 125 kHz chips like EM4200, TK4100, EM4102, EM4100, encoded T5577 chips, 134.2 KHz chips, FDX-B, and more.

The RD300-HID reader can also be set as a ‘Virtual COM reader’ where it reads the UID on the Virtual COM port, or on ‘AutoRead’ where it automatically reads data from memory.
