The NFC chip can be read from a distance of approximately 3-5 cm from the center of the sticker. However, the reading distance may vary depending on the device used, and for applications where reading distance is crucial, it is recommended to test in the intended environment.
The NFC chip used is the NTAG213, which is one of the most common NFC chips and offers the option to use a unique ID number, usually a 14-digit hexadecimal code, as well as 144 bytes of memory to store any URL, text, or other data.
The NFC chip's ID number is visible and cannot be hidden, but the memory content can be locked with a key. Programming can be done using the free NFC application.
These stickers contain a special protective layer called "anti-metal" that allows them to work on metal surfaces.
