INFO
Silicone RFID wristbands with an EM4200 chip are wearable devices that combine the functionality of a wristband with radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. The EM4200 chip is a common type of passive RFID chip used in various applications.
The EM4200 chip is an read-only RFID chip operating at 125 kHz frequency and it contains a 64-bit ID code, which is often read as a 10-digit decimal number or an 8-digit hexadecimal number. The EM4200 chip usually achieves greater read distances than the compatible TK4100 chips.
The ID code is programmed into the chip during the manufacturing process and cannot be changed.
Silicone RFID wristbands with EM4200 chips have various applications, including:
- Access Control: Wristbands can grant or restrict access to specific areas, such as VIP sections or restricted zones.
- Identification: They can be used for identifying individuals at events, conferences, or exhibitions.
- Cashless Payments: Wristbands can be linked to a payment system, allowing users to make purchases with a simple tap.
- Ticketing: Wristbands can serve as electronic tickets, reducing the need for physical tickets and enabling faster entry.
Silicone RFID wristbands can be customized with different colors, designs, logos, or text to match a particular event or brand.
They are available in a size of 65 mm, which is suitable for women's and children's hands, and in a size of 74 mm, which is sufficient for comfortable wear even on larger men's hands.
