The EM4550 is a 125 kHz read/write RFID transponder IC designed for flexible and secure identification systems. It features 1 Kb of EEPROM memory, allowing data to be programmed, updated, and protected by password.

The chip supports ASK and FSK modulation, Manchester or biphase encoding, and offers excellent compatibility with EM Microelectronic’s EM4469/EM4569 family.
